ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for reputation management activities including consistently monitoring, responding and/or escalating trending issues on various websites/forums to ensure that sentiment online is positive. – Identify potential reputational threats and assist with developing the appropriate response. – Monitor negative search phrases and recommend tactics to improve positive results from these phrases. Monitor the Fifth Third brand and key competitor brands via social media monitoring tools. Circulate reports to appropriate stakeholders, work with management to identify opportunities for proactive outreach. Develop a Fifth Third presence on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites.Write, publish and maintain current content on these sites with the goal of building a positive reputation for the Bank and motivating visits to our website.
